Kailyn Hartmann leads the Analytics and Intelligence group at VAB, with a concentrated focus on audience measurement and currency. She is passionate about delving into data-driven strategies, methodologies, insights, and cross-platform advanced advertising measurement solutions to help create a transparent and interoperable premium video ecosystem.
Kailyn was previously at Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) and was a member of the Audience Measurement & Strategy team within Ad Sales Research. During this time, she led measurement efforts to develop and execute alternative currency solutions for broad demos and advanced audiences. She also established innovative measurement solutions for WBD’s National Addressable product by fostering her extensive knowledge of modern cross-platform currency platforms.
Kailyn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. She resides in lower Manhattan.

Lindsay Aiello is a digital marketing and sales leader proficient at building thoughtful, impactful advertising strategies and coaching others to do the same.
She currently serves as Director of Sales Enablement for Premion, the industry-leading CTV/ OTT company. Prior to her current role, she spent 15 years at TEGNA, working her way up from Account Executive to Local Sales Manager to Digital Sales Manager in Jacksonville, FL and Houston, TX. She also spent 13 years as the press box Play-by-Play Announcer for the Houston Texans.
Lindsay is guided by passion, determination, empathy, integrity and a relentless desire to learn and lead by example. She currently lives in The Woodlands, TX with her high school sweetheart husband Rick, their two kids Logan and Lila, and their dog Forrest.
